Xavier M. Weems was born on December 3, 2011 in Henrico, Virginia to Charles Jr. and Tomeata Weems.  He attended Varina Elementary School.

Xavier was a very special young man who loved Marvel Action figures, playing video games and chatting about cars and motorcycles.  He also enjoyed spending time with his grandparents and cutting grass with his grandpa.  He particularly enjoyed snuggling with his mom and and having long talks with his dad.  He was very intelligent and wise beyond his years.  His smile, wittiness and gigantic heart will truly be missed.

He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Charles Weems, Sr. and Joyce Watts.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving sister, Kyra Weems; his grandparents, Toney and Mona Nelson; three loving aunts, Angie Windfield, Myesha Toppin (Jordan), Chebresha Nelson (Kelvin) and four loving cousins, Ahmad, Isis, Karlie and Asia and a host of bonus aunties, uncles and cousins.
