William Addison White, Jr., 65 of Oxon Hill, Maryland a native of Palmyra, Virginia entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 15, 2014, at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born Tuesday, October 5, 1948 in Palmyra, Virginia, he was the son of the late William A. White, Sr. and Gracie A. Carter White. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles C. White and sister, Gracie L. White. William leaves to cherish his memory, a loving and devoted family; his wife, Patricia A. White of forty-four plus years; his children, Tangela D. Smoot (Joseph) of Laurel, Maryland, Reginald D White (Tesa) of Fort Washington, Maryland and Tracey N White of Oxon Hill, Maryland; seven grandchildren and one brother, Larry N White (Mary) of Bremo Bluff, VA. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 6 to 9 pm at Corinthian Baptist Church, 6705 Good Luck Road, Lanham, Maryland 20706, and on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 6 to 9pm at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1620 Shiloh Church Road, Palmyra, Virginia. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Shiloh Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
