William Creed Pendleton,Jr; 75, also known as "Bunny" was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 31,2009 at Louisa Health Care Center. William was born on September 28, 1933, son of the late William and Mary Morris Pendleton. He attend the Louisa County Public Schools and was a self employed trucker and logger.

He accepted the Lord Jesus at an early age and became a member of the Foster Creek Baptist Church. He was ordained as a Deacon under the leadership of Rev. Andrew Kerney on July 11, 1982. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Frances Sims and a brother, Raymond Pendleton. He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife Shirley Pendleton; two sons, Aaron Pendleton of Stafford, Virginia; Ronald Pendleton, of Louisa, Virginia; four daughters, Sandra Brice and husband Calvin, of Louisa, Virginia; Jeanelle King and husband Jeffrey of Barboursville, Virginia; Tammy Pendleton of Louisa, Virginia and Rose Saunders of Richmond, Virginia; one niece, Debra Sims and one nephew, Larry Sims, both of Louisa, Virginia. He also leaves to cherish his memories eleven grandchildren, two great grands and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Foster Creek Baptist Church 4028 East Jack Jouett Road Louisa, Virginia 23093 with the Rev. Michael Crawley, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in the Pendleton family cemetery.
