Walter "Brad" Bradley Hayden, age 66, of Louisa, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Louisa Health and Rehab Center in Louisa, Virginia.

Brad was born on October 11, 1955 in Louisa, Virginia. He was the son of the late Walter Leroy Hayden and Juanita Carolyn Hayden of Louisa. Brad attended Louisa County Public Schools and always lived near the Louisa area. He was known for his quick-wit and big heart. He also loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He always checked on them even when his health started to fail.

Brad is survived by his ex-wife, Shirley Hayden, and their son, Bryan Hayden; two grandchildren, Courtney Edmondson and Bryan Hayden, Jr.; three brothers, Russell, Lawrence and Randy Hayden; two sisters, Carolyn Brown and Kathryn Timberlake; two sisters-in-law, Jessie Hayden and Tonya M Egleton-Hayden; two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Brown and Leonard Timberlake; a longtime life partner, Susan Kearns and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents Walter Leroy Hayden and Juanita Carolyn Hayden.

Viewing will be held 4-7 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2021 at The Sun Chapel D.D Watson, Louisa.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Friday, December 10, 2021 in The Sun Chapel D.D. Watson, Louisa.
