Viola Marshall Ross, 74,of Louisa, Virginia died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at her residence. She was predeceased by her son, John E. Ross, III., and her parents Bennie Marshall and Naomi Carter Baker. Mrs Ross graduated from Fordham University in Bronx, New York with a B.S. Degree in Biology. She retired from Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia as a Medical Technician.
Mrs. Ross was a Catholic and attended St. Jude Roman Catholic Church in Louisa, Virginia. Mrs. Ross is survived by her husband, John E. Ross, Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2008 at Thomasson Watson Funeral Chapel 117 West Street Louisa, Virginia. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery 1300 Blandensburg Road NE Washington, DC.
