Troy Cliff Dugger, 73 of Louisa, Virginia died on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at his residence.
Born Thursday, February 19, 1942 in Lumber City, Georgia, he was the son of the late Levi Dugger and the late Audrie Clements Dugger.
He was retired from the City of Philadelphia. He was Army Veteran.
Surviving are daughters, Wanda, Adrienne and Imani. He was known for his kind and generous nature. Troy was a gentle spirit with an appreciation for life, family, and friends. To all who knew him and those who were blessed to be touched by him his memory will live on.
Viewing from 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapel 2315-19 North Board Street Philadelphia, PA 19132.
Interment with full military honors, will be in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
