Thomas Edward Walker, 72 suddenly departed this life at his home on October 12, 2021.

He was born to the late Emmett Isaiah Walker Sr. and the late Annie Alice Jones Walker on November 15, 1948.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, one brother Emmett I. Walker Jr. Four sisters Lucy E. Walker, Mary Jane Anderson, Alice K. Jones and Isabelle B. Walker. A special nephew Emmett I. Walker III and niece Nancy Walker.

Thomas was baptized and became a member of Peach Grove Baptist Church. He attended Louisa County Schools as a child. He worked in sawmills, on farms, labor work and was a free-lance mechanic. He loved working on cars, playing cards and fishing. Thomas had a heart of gold and enjoyed being around family & friends. He would help you in any way he could.

He leaves to cherish his memory his faithful companion and girlfriend Debbie Olin, Three daughters Cheryl Renee Shelton (Alvin) of mineral, Gwendolyn Ann Howard and Tracey Cooper both of Charlottesville Va. A son Robert Blakey of Louisa. Six grandchildren, 5 great grand-children, A special family friend Annie L. Burrell and a host of other relatives and friends.
