Teresa Jones-Jordan (Reecee) passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at the Martha Jefferson Sentara Hospital. She was born in Charlottesville, VA, on July 4, 1964.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Lee and Mary Ann Jones. She was also preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Sam and Alice Jones; maternal grandparents, Luther and Ruth Johnson; one brother-n-law and five uncles and aunts.

Teresa, acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior and joined the Peach Grove Baptist Church. There, she attended Sunday School, singing on the choir, and culinary ministry.

Teresa, received her formal education at the Louisa County School System, a graduate of the Class of 1982.

Teresa, worked at the Louisa County Country Club, for 28 years and Stein Mart, in Charlottesville VA, for 5 years. Her current employment was at the Central Virginia Regional Jail for 5 years.

Teresa, was married to Paul Lynn Jordan, for 34 blessed years. To this union God blessed them with one son.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Paul Lynn Jordan; a son, Terrence Montel Jordan; friend, Riley Smith; sister, Christine Jones-Nixon (Stanley); three aunts, Marilyn Woodfork, Keswick VA, Mildred Johnson, Gordonsville Va, and Maude Jeffries, Gordonsville VA; two uncles, Eugene Madison, Burke VA, and Ronald Johnson, Charlottesville VA; two brothers in law, Junius Jordan (Ella), and Clarence Jordan ( Tina); two sisters in law, April Jordan, Locust Grove VA, and Tammi Jordan, Charlottesville VA and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
