Steph Keith Bower, 30, passed away suddenly on December 19, 2013.
He is survived by his mother, Donna
Carothers, his step-father, Paul Carothers, both of Louisa, VA. His father, William H. Bower, his step-mother Kelly
Bower, both of Haymarket, VA. Lottie
Lucian, his grandmother of Lynchburg,
VA. Cheryl Cox, his grandmother of Haymarket, VA. Robert F. Arney, Sr., his
grandfather of Bedford, VA. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Stephen also leaves behind so
very many, many friends that are considered as family.
Friends and other family members are invited to attend a "Remembrance Service" on Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 2 - 3:30 p.m.at the Prince William Ben Lomond Community Center (The Barn), 10501 Copeland Drive, Manassas, VA, (703) 792-8320.
