Rosetta Bradshaw Hobbs entered into eternal rest on July 15, 2017. She was born May 12, 1924 to the late Henry and Ella Bradshaw in Louisa County, Virginia, one of ten children, Mary Lucy, Curtis James, Cecil Preston, Nellie Jones, Charles Russell, Nellie Bly, Henry Steven, Fredericka L. and Ellwood L.

Rosetta was a devoted Christian who claimed Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior. She attended a one room school house on route 522 in Louisa, VA and completed seventh grade. Years later she married Thomas Hobbs and moved to Richmond, VA, but returned to Louisa after the passing of her husband.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three nieces, Mary Davis (John) of Richmond, VA, Brenda Bradshaw of Chesterfield, VA, and Sharon Bradshaw of Goochland, VA; five nephews, Steve Bradshaw, Anthony Bradshaw, Caskadene Bradshaw, Henry Bradshaw (Dale) and Frederick Bradshaw (Debra), all of Louisa, VA and a host of great nieces and nephews.

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 11 AM her life will be celebrated with a Graveside Service at Bradshaw Family Cemetery, 486 Cottonwood Drive, Mineral, VA 23117, with Elder Ruben Lewis, Jr. delivering the message of comfort.
