Napoleon Clarence Bright "aka Police" 48, son of the late Charlie Clarence Bright and Margaret Rea Bright quietly departed this life on Monday, March 2, 2015, at the University Of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, Va.

Napoleon attended Madison County High School. He also attended Germania Community College studying Psychology, Computers and Auto Mechanic! Police had a very high "IQ". When you would see Police, he would always address you as "hey cuz" He would always address his older sis as, "Hey lil Sis". He would always go out his way to help anyone that was in need. He had a big heart and was a very loving and caring person.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie Clarence Bright; brother, Terrance Theodore Bright; maternal grandmother, Hazel Talley and maternal grandfathers, Charles Glass Bright and George Talley.

He was a loving, caring son and brother. He enjoyed spending quality time with his siblings and his family. He will always be remembered by his family and friends for his warm smile and special devotion for others.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his devoted mother, Margaret Rea Bright; four sisters, Agatha Ortiz-Castillo (Felipe) of Charlottesville, Priscilla Cheatham (Kimodi Sr.) of Spotsylvania, Teresa Holliday (John) of Orange and Jasmine Bright of Buckingham; one brother, Lionel Bright of Culpepper; eleven uncles, Jerome Bright and Charles Edward Bright both of Madison, Ronnie Bright and Carroll Lee Bright of Orange, Joseph Bright (Michelle) of Gordonsville, Sylvester Bright (Debbie)of Ruckersville, Wayne Bright and Michael Morton of Louisa, Moses Bright of Charlottesville and Frank Talley and Randolph Talley both of Spotsylvania; seven Aunts, Arlene Smith of Madison, Gwen Bright Coger (Derick) of Barboursville, Bonnie Bright and Lynn Bright of Green County, Hazel Lewis, Arlene Morris(Wallace) and Frances Jackson(Robert) all of Spotsylvania; four nieces, Kyliesha, Aaliyah, Kitchen and Kayla; two nephews, Kimodi , Elliott and Charles; two great- nieces, Shayla and Rihanna and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Temple of Deliverance Holy Church of God, 5756 Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral, Virginia 23117 with Elder Lynn W. Beanum,Jr, officiating and Elder Robert H. Brice, Sr., eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
