Micheal James Fountain born June 13, 1994 in Charlottesville Virginia to the late Gail Jackson Fountain and James Fountain. He departed this life in his home in Charlottesville, Virginia on April 8, 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother Gail Jackson Fountain, his grandmother's Louise Morris Jackson and Martha Fountain and his beloved aunt Kathy Sims.

He is a 2012 graduate of Louisa County High School, and a 2013 graduate of the U.S Job Corps where he obtained a Certified Nursing Assistant license. He was employed at The Laurels Of Charlottesville nursing home. He was a hard worker often working two jobs.

He was excited about his nursing career. He was planning to pursue his RN license in the fall. "Mike Mike" as he was affectionately called by his family and friends, loved to have a good time.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was always a joy to be around, telling jokes and making people laugh.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, three brothers Sergio Jackson, Kyle Jackson and Marcus Poindexter all of Louisa of Virginia, one sister Alexis Srykes also of Louisa Virginia his grandfathers Henry Lee Jackson of Louisa and James E. Vest Sr. of Madison Heights Virginia. Four Aunts Vera Sanders of Stafford, Virginia, Amy Kenner of Leesburg Virginia and Yolonda Burgess of Louisa Virginia and one special and devoted "Auntie" Debra Kay Sims also of Louisa, Virginia, one Uncle Larry Sims of Louisa Virginia two nieces Tamarra Morton and Karmen Jackson of Louisa Virginia and one unborn nephew. Two special friends Tracey Shifflett and Chandra Sims, one devoted cousin Tierra Saunders.

Michael will forever be remembered for his bright smile and his willingness to always help others. He is gone but the imprint he leaves on hearts will remain forever.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 15th at 2:00 pm at the Wayland Baptist Church, 1228 Oakland Rd, Louisa, VA 23093 with the Reverend Leroy McShore officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
