Merry Christmas, 71 of Louisa, Virginia entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 7, 2021, at her residence in Louisa, Virginia .

She was born on Monday, September 5, 1949 in Louisa, Virginia, the daughter of the late Ralph Christmas, Sr., and the late Frances Ragland Christmas.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Ann Christmas; brothers, William Christmas, Curtis Christmas and Richard Christmas; four sisters, Frances Washington, Virginia Batchelor, Grace Carter, Blanche Batchelor and Isabelle Grooms.

She joined Foster Creek Baptist Church at an early age and remained a faithful member. Merry was a humble and kindhearted woman who loved her family and greeted everyone with a smile. She was a long time babysitter and was one of the best. She embraced all of her children with love. She often showed her love by cooing for family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Mark E Christmas (Christine); one granddaughter, Alexyss Gough (D'Shawn); one grandson, CJ; three brothers, Ralph Christmas, Jr., Arthur Christmas (Joyce) and Richard Christmas (Gwen); two sisters, Ruth Quarles (Larry) and Emily Clark (Robert) and numerous nieces, nephew, cousins other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2021 in Christmas Family Cemetery, 2430 Evergreen Road Louisa, VA.
