Lucille Marie Fortune, 67 of Louisa, Virginia died on Monday, July 16, 2012, at her residence in Louisa, Virginia .

Born Saturday, March 3, 1945 in Louisa, Virginia , she was the daughter of the late Roy and Pauline Ragland Bishop. She was the wife of Alfred Fortune.

Lucille was a member of Evergreen Bible Way Church.

She was predeceased by son, Calvin Eugene Fortune and granddaughter, Shanice Danielle Fortune, and two brothers Lewis and William Bishop.

Surviving are sons, Dennis Edward Fortune and Alfred Sylvester Fortune; daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Fortune; brother, Roy Bishop; sisters, Clara Fortune and Earlene Fortune; 8 grand children, a great grand child, two daughters-in-law, one aunt, nine sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Evergreen Bible Way Church with Elder Steven A. Mason officiating. Interment will follow in the Bishop family cemetery.
