Luberta Brice entered into eternal rest on May 3, 2017. She was born June 30, 1938 to the late Marcellous and Ruby Brice in Louisa, Virginia.

Luberta was educated in Louisa County Public Schools. On June 1, 1956 she graduated from Archie Richardson High School.
At the age of 8 Luberta joined County Line Baptist Church where she was a devoted member. She served on the Usher Board for over 50 years until her health began to decline. She also taught Sunday School for many years.

She spent many years working in the field of domestic arts. She was also employed as a seamstress at Louisa Manufacturing Corporation.
Luberta was also preceded in death by her sisters Elto and Addie Geraldene Brice, her brother Thomas Brice Sr. and her nephew Garrick Pace.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sisters Mary Shelton and Estelle Pace. Two devoted Brothers in Law Ivor Shelton Sr. and Haywood Pace. Three nephews Thomas Brice Jr., (Keeron), Ivor Shelton Jr. and Derrick Brice. Three great nephews Kenny, Kolby and Trey Brice. A number of relatives and many friends, among them a devoted caregiver Peggy Jasper.

On the day of service, her remains will rest in the church for viewing from 12:30 until the hour of the service, On Monday, May 8, 2017, her life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM at County Line Baptist Church, 4070 County Line Road Kents Store, VA 23084, with Reverend Walter H. Jones, Sr., delivering the message of comfort. The committal and benediction will follow in the church cemetery.
