Lorenzo Maurice "Reece" Waddy, 51 of Mineral, Virginia died on Friday, October 18, 2013, at Hospice of the Piedmont in Charlottesville, Virginia .
Born Monday, July 16, 1962 in Louisa, Virginia , he was the son of the late James Waddy and the late Alice Adams Waddy.
He was a graduate of Louisa County High School.
He was a member of Mt. Gilliam Old Site Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter Shareece Brown two grands Courtney and Crishaun Brown, two brothers, Randolph Waddy and wife Cynthia and Charles Waddy, sisters, Pamela Waddy, Carolyn Waddy and Pandora Waddy; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Mt. Gilliam Old Site Baptist Church 4161 Chalklevel Road Louisa,VA 23093.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
