Lawrence W, Clark (known as "Button") departed this life on July 25, 2018 at the Cedars Nursing Home, Charlottesville, VA.  Lawrence was born to the late Theodore W. & Jettie Johnson Clark on May 9, 1941.

Lawrence accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member of Divine Baptist Church, Louisa VA., he served on the Trustee Board and was active member until his health failed.

Preceded in death by his Parents, Wife and Brother ~ "Button" leaves to mourn his loss his Children Alan C. Clark (friend Keisha), Leslie A. Johnson (Melvin), Latanya Smith (Michael), Tawanda Anderson (Carlos), Julian Anderson (Charletta), Loretta Dean (Charles) & Sheila Confort ~ 12 Grandchildren ~  6 Great Grandchildren ~ 2 Sisters: Pastor Fannie Henderson (Nathaniel) & Grace Smith (Johnny) ~ 2 Brothers: Floyd Clark (Jean) & Kelley Clark (Dorothy) ~ 1 Sister-in-Law Laura Payne ~ 2 Brother-in-Law's Willie Hayden (Brenda) & Harry Brooks. Devoted friends, Tyrone Curry, Denise Anderson, Karen Martin, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends ~ …… Right, Right!
