Kelly James Clark III, aka "Cherokee/CherHoncho" departed this world on January 15, 2021 at his home in Chesterfield, VA. He was born February 10, 1998 in Charlottesville, VA to Kelly Jr. & Cassie Clark.

Kelly was a graduate of Louisa County High School in Mineral, VA and attended Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA.  Kelly was special in so many ways. He was always so happy, bubbly and always showing his beautiful angelic smile. Kelly enjoyed making music and has several songs streaming on multiple platforms. He also enjoyed playing video games with his little brother and playing basketball & football.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Hosea Johnson Sr, Wisner & Dorothy Johnson, Theodore & Jettie Clark and John & Treatie Holland; a devoted cousin who joined him in Heaven on January 23, 2021, Lorenzo "Zo/Kilo" Pryor.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his parents, Kelly Jr & Cassie Clark; two sisters, Kwarnasia Clark (Austin) & Carmen Clark; one brother, Carmelo Clark; grandparents, Canest West, Sidney Holland, Kelly Sr. and Dorothy Clark; a devoted girlfriend, Jhaylinn Avila and their baby pup Fendi; an uncle, Kevin West; a niece and nephew, Skylar and Amir Clark; four aunts, Stephanie Smith (Herbert), Sabrina Harris (Rod), Lashelle Clark and Sarah Clark; a great grandmother, Delores Johnson; a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends; five devoted friends, Dominic Hunter, Melik Perkins, Kaleb Jackson, Jaelyn Jackson and Brianna Ragland; six devoted cousins, Donte Johnson, Frankie Johnson, Malik Holt, Damirius Thurston, Darryl Holland and Raekwon Johnson.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 3 PM in the Sun Chapel at D. D. Watson Mortician, 117 West Street, Louisa, VA  23093.
