Joshua (Josh) Ryan Jackson the eldest son of Samuel (Buggy) and Otealia (Tee-Tee) Jackson, was born on January 22, 1985 in Charlottesville, VA. On Friday November 9, 2012 God called Josh home. Josh was a 2005 graduate of Louisa County High School and was employed by the Silk Mill Grille Restaurant in Orange, VA. Josh attended Zion Travelers Baptist Church in Louisa, VA. His paternal grandfather Samuel Jackson Sr. preceded Josh in death. Josh leaves to cherish his memory his parents Samuel (Buggy) and Otealia (Tee-Tee) Jackson of Louisa VA; one son Jacai Rahfee Jackson of Bumpass, VA; one daughter Kendall Noel Carter of Louisa VA; one brother Jeremy Jackson of Louisa VA; his maternal grandfather Fleming Shelton of Louisa VA; his paternal grandmother Julia Jackson of Mineral VA; his paternal great-grandmother Alice B Houchens and paternal great-grandfather Eugene Houchens both of Mineral VA; two aunts Patricia (David) Russell of Manassas VA; and Carolyn Jackson of Mineral VA; four uncles Michael Jackson of Mineral VA; Craig and Charles Shelton of Louisa VA; and Rodney (Patricia) Shelton of Washington D.C; a host of great uncles and aunts, cousins, relatives and friends; a devoted friend Shannon Stiles, special cousin David Russell Jr., Godmother Gail Jackson; special friends Marissa and Germone Comfort and Momma Mary Powell. Funeral services will held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Zion Travelers Baptist Church, 3262 Roundabout Road Louisa, VA 23093 with Rev. Gilbert Bates officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
