John left us - and he was ready to go to heaven to be with his wife and other loved ones.

John was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

He is survived by his family, who took care of him day in and day out - his daughter, Virginia James and husband, Larry James; granddaughter, Keairia Jackson and Michael A., Jr.; great-grandkids, Javon Jackson and Carralyn Jackson; two sisters: Mary Johnson and husband, James; and Frances Coleman and family; four brothers: Daniel Jackson and wife Gloria, Henry Jackson, Willie Jackson and Israel Jackson.

Also left to mourn his memory are his Hospice family, Dr. B., Moms in Motion, Moms Meals and many more friends and family.

A memorial service sponsored by the family will be announced at a later date.
