Jimmy Lloyd "Jimbob, Red Pig, Pete" Ragland, 68 of Louisa departed this life on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at the Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA. He was Born March 21,1942 in Louisa, Virginia to Joe Brodous Ragland and Mary Nola Johnson Ragland. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brothers, Carl Ragland, Henry and sister-in-law Anna Ragland of Louisa; three brothers, Leroy Banks, Frank Banks, Will Lewis Banks and one sister, Velma Banks of West Virginia. He was also preceded by two granddaughters, LaToya E. Morris and Dellasha C. Fortune of Louisa.

Jimmy is survived by one brother of Louisa, Micheal Ragland. He leaves to cherish a Devoted woman of 45 years, Mary E. Morris of Louisa; a devoted daughter and caregiver Linda M. Morris and, one granddaughter, Shannon M. Fortune of Louisa. He also leaves behind a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Thomasson Watson Funeral Chapel, Louisa, VA. Interment will follow in the Ragland Family cemetery.
