Jamie L. Daniel Sr., was born April 11, 1930 in Sale City, Georgia to the late James and Mary Daniel. On Wednesday November 18, 2015 at the home of his family God called upon his angels to escort his son to eternal rest.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Alice C. Daniel. Jamie leaves his loving memories to his five children, Solomon (Linda), Eunice, Joanie (Woodrow), Jacqueline, Jamie Jr., two godchildren Yvette and Evelyn, 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday November 28, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Thomasson Watson Chapel 117 West Street Louisa, VA 23093.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Sunday November 29, 2015 at First Baptist Church 102 Meadow Avenue Louisa, VA 23093, with the Rev. Barry Carpenter giving the Eulogy and the Rev. Carolyn Young officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in the family cemetery.
