Henry Anderson Jones of Louisa departed from our presence and entered into eternal rest on Friday Sept 21, 2018 at his home.

Henry was born June 25, 1950 to the late Dorothy Jones-Burruss and the late Preston Lee Locker. He was preceded in death by his Mother Dorothy Jones Burruss and Preston Lee Locker, devoted step father Sam Burruss.  three Brothers, William Gene Jones, Lloyd  Jones, Kelly jones and one Sister Margaret Jones-Scott and great  granddaughter Kinsley Anne S Ragland all of Louisa VA.  Two brother- n- laws Danny Yancey of Virginia Beach and Elias Jackson of Louisa, VA.

Henry was a member of Bible-Way Church, of Louisa, Rev Robert Christmas. Henry was a lifelong resident of Louisa, VA where he was educated at the Louisa Training School. He was employed by John E Thomasson where he worked as grave laborer. Henry also worked as a farm helper for several farms in the county such as Massie Brothers, Carson Winston and Charlie Mary Winston farms. Henry enjoyed driving fast, racing, watching wrestling and westerns on TV. He also loved spending time with his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory, One son Henry Lee Japer three daughters Bernardine M Jasper (Bruce) Justine Kinlaw (Scotty) of North Garden VA.  Missy M Jasper.  Two brothers, John J Jones (Terry) of Louisa.  Dennis Walker of Richmond VA. Four sisters Ernestine J Jackson of Kent Store, Ruby M Yancey of Virginia Beach , Earl Baker of Chesapeake, VA , Fannie Baker(Jessie) of Charlottesville VA. Seventeen grandchildren, thirteen Great children.   A host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Also a long time devoted brother-like friend, (Thomas Walker and Debbie) and Clarence Lipscomb.  His care givers a very devoted niece Vivian T Jackson and sister Ernestine Jackson of Kent Store for over 12 years.  Linwood Brooks and Curtis Cooke, Viva Woods all of Louisa VA.   He also leaves behind a lifelong friend and love, Gerline Jasper and his Carolyn Washington sister-in-law.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2018 at First Bible Way Church of Christ 785 Goldmine Road Louisa, Virginia 23093
with Rev. Terry Jones officiating. Interment will follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery.
