Grant Manasseh Lewis, 88, of Louisa, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Envoy at the Village in Fork Union, Virginia.

He was born on Monday, October 24, 1932 in Louisa, Virginia, to Grant Lewis and Mary Susan Mitchell.

He was predeceased by daughter, Janice Brown; sister-in-law, Sarah Bell Houchens and brother-in-law, Kenneth Jackson.

Surviving are his wife, Daisy Hazel Lewis; one son, Sean Lewis; daughters, Tameshia Lewis and Dawn Lewis and sister, Mary Carter. He also leaves five grandchildren, Justin Johnson, Anjone Daniel, Quentin Lewis, Kyle Lewis and Shaddarrius Lewis; great-grand, Chase Brewster; one aunt, Frances Mitchell; sisters-in-law, Edna Thompson, Thelma (Donell) Rose, Mattie (James) Dyer, Sally Jackson, Irene Clark, Shelia Jackson and Linda (Archie) Comfort; brothers-in-law, Minister Howard (Artie) Jackson and Lester (Bernice) Jackson and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in The Sun Chapel with Minister Howard Jackson officiating. Interment will be private.
