Born Wednesday, February 17, 1937 in Louisa, Virginia. He was the husband of Rose Mary Pendleton Price. He was a member of County Line Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife Rose Mary Price and daughter, Bessie Fortune. "Our heart-felt condolences are sent to the Price family at this very difficult time."
