George Wesley Price entered eternal rest on February 5, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. George was born on January 15, 1945, in Louisa County to the late Temple and Myrtle Price. He was preceded in death by his sister, Annie Johnson in 2018 and brother, Francis Price.

In his younger years, George served in the United States Army. In 1986, he became employed at Verizon, where he worked until his retirement in 2010.

George joined and was baptized at County Line Baptist Church at an early age. He was a faithful member and served on the Usher Board.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife, Cornelia "Connie" of 51 years; his daughter, Raquel A. White & Curtis Page of Chesterfield, VA; son, Ryan L. Price & Milena of Chesterfield, VA; grandson, Gavin A. White; one sister-in-law, Leatrice Price and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
