George Edward Hill, 86, of Louisa, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2010, at Martha Jefferson Hospital. He was born on August 17, 1923, the son of the late Joseph Hill and Susie Braxton Hill. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha and daughter Patricia. Survivors include two daughters; Barbara Holt and Gwen Cooper; several grands, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Bright Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, 9833 Poindexter Road Louisa, Virginia.
