Franklin "Lil Frankie" Talley Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 in Arlington, VA, due to an untimely accident at his job.

Lil Frankie attended Spotsylvania High, and later obtained his GED. At an early age, he had good work ethics and continued to be a hard worker throughout his life. He landed his first job with the help of his dad, working for John G & John R Goodwin Farming. It was always his goal to become a tractor trailer driver; finally he accomplished that goal by going to tractor trailer training school, receiving his CDL and getting a driving job with CM Payne of Culpeper. He was so proud of himself for being able to do what he had been striving to do for so many years. He had a strong love for Ford Mustangs and the race track. Lil Frankie also gave back by taking time to volunteer as a youth basketball coach, and also served as a referee for his son's youth football team. He cherished his son, Isaiah, whom he was raising. He was reaching and attaining all his goals and dreams to provide a better life for Isaiah.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Henry Coleman II and his uncle, Elwood Talley Jr.
