Frankie Lee Williams was born on November 12, 1949, to the late Howard and Frances Williams in Louisa, Virginia. Frankie went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at his residence.
Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Gloria Ann Williams, Mamie Williams, and Alreatha Butler and one brother, Clarence Williams.
He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Thessalonia Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend William Green. He was a loving and caring person.
Frankie attended schools in Louisa County. He worked various jobs to provide for his family. He was employed with Woolfolk Manufactory in Louisa, Virginia, Liberty Factory in Gordonsville, Virginia, a construction company in Washington, D.C., and was a custodian at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School for Louisa County Public Schools.
Frankie leaves to cherish his memories a devoted and loving wife of 50 years, Shirley Williams, a daughter, Kimberly Williams (devoted friend Wayne), two stepchildren, Raymond Murphy of Charlottesville, Virginia and Terri Tanner of Dale City; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He also leaves his siblings: two sisters, Connie Reid (Charles) and Shirley Williams of Louisa; two brothers, Michael Williams and Cecil Williams of Louisa, one aunt, Lorraine Lucas of Gordonsville, Virginia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
