Frances Belinda Taylor was born December 12, 1956 to the late Carrie and Francis Taylor of Louisa, Virginia. She was baptized and joined Foster Creek Baptist Church at an early age.

Frances attended the Louisa County Schools and graduated from Louisa County High. During her high school years, she excelled in sports (basketball being her favorite). Frances loved to dance and keep up with the latest moves as she was growing up.

She wore a smile that would light up any room. Her passion/love were her sons.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters - Naomi, Mary Ann, and Carrie (Nuck), and two brothers - Maurice and James.

She leaves to fondly cherish her memories two sons - Averyell (Shelly) and Walter, II (Deandra), two sisters - Clina Avery and LeContis Meridith, one brother - Aubrey Poindexter (Dorothy), her grandchildren Tyrek, Sasha, Khalile, London, Tyeanna, Amayah, Averyon, Amaury, Aden, and Autumn, devoted best friends Kathy Brown and Ronald Pendleton, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
