Floyd Kerry Clark, Jr., of Spotsylvania County died Tuesday, April 17, 2007, in a car crash. He was born May 18, 1993, to Delphine Denise Timberlake of Spotsylvania and Floyd Kerry Clark of Louisa County. He was a student at Thornburg Middle School and was a candidate for baptism at Divine Baptist Church. Kerry had a love for skateboarding and never wanted much-just a PlayStation game to play. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Ashley Clark of Spotsylvania and Quiana Clark of Richmond; two brothers, Jeevon Johnson of Blandensburg, Md., and Zachery Young of Spotsylvania; grandmother, Lola Mallory of Spotsylvania; and grandparents, Floyd and Barbara Clark of Louisa; a nephew, Lil Mike of Bladensburg, Md.; three aunts, Karen Timberlake of Waldorf, Md.; Gwen Potts and Charlotte Timberlake, both of Upper Marlboro, Md.; two uncles, Larry Timberlake and Ron Clark, both of Louisa; a devoted cousin, Tre of Waldorf, Md.; best friend, Jake Demont of Spotsylvania; and a host of other relatives and friends. A community viewing will start at 10 a.m. Friday, April 20, at Thomasson Watson Funeral Chapel, with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8 p.m. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at Philippi Christian Church in Mineral. Interment will follow in Divine Baptist Church Cemetery, Louisa.
