Fannie Grooms, 102 of Louisa, Virginia died on Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Trinity Mission of Charlottesville in Charlottesville, Virginia .
Born Friday, September 24, 1909 in Louisa, Virginia , she was the daughter of the late Joseph Grooms and the late Alice James Grooms.
She was a member of Foster Creek Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephew, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2012 visitation will be held from noon until service 1:00 p.m. at Foster Creek Baptist Church, 4028 East Jack Jouett Rd, Louisa, VA 23093 with Rev. Michael R. Crawley,Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in the Grooms Family Cemetery (852 Evergreen RD, Louisa, VA).
