Cynthia Well, 54, of Charlottesville, departed this life, Sunday, August 25, 2019 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Cynthia was born on Sunday, February 28, 1965 to William Lee Ragland, Jr. and Rosa Lee Wells at the University of Virginia Hospital.

Cynthia graduated from Albemarle High School in 1984. She was uniquely known as "Cindy"; a very quiet and private person who never hesitated to speak what was on her mind. She loved everyone, and will be missed greatly.

She is survived by her brother, William; sister, Sharon; a devoted cousin, Batina Jackson and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 29, 2019 at The Sun Chapel @D. D. Watson, Louisa, with Elder Wesley Ragland officiating.
