Arthur Eugene Mills, 53, departed this life on Thursday, January 4, 2018, in Troy, VA.
He was born May 23, 1964 in Charlottesville, Virginia, to the late Lewis and Shirley Mills.
Arthur is survived by his wife Katina Mills of Louisa, VA. Three children, Brian James and Moesha Mills, both of Charlottesville, VA; Taylor Mills of Louisa, VA. Three brothers Lewis Mills Jr., Glenn Mills, and Kelvin Mills (Kim) all of Troy, VA. Four sisters Linda Grooms (Willie), Joyce Groomes, Sharon Holland (Kirk), all of Louisa, VA; and Debbie Mills of Charlottesville, VA.
He is also survived by four aunts; Ruth Wells of Troy, VA; Dora Ragland of Louisa, VA; Lucille Washington of Charlottesville, VA; and Thelma Washington of Troy, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at The Sun Chapel D. D. Watson Louisa, with Re Joyce M. Groomes officiating.
Interment will follow in the Evergreen Bibleway Church Cemetery 1576 Evergreen Road Louisa, VA 23093.
