Angline Ophelia Barrett McCloud, 69 of Louisa, Virginia died on Sunday, July 14, 2013, in Charlottesville, Virginia after a prolonged illness. She was one of ten children.
Born Sunday, October 24, 1943 in Goochland, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Barrett and the late Henrietta Virginia Cox Barrett. She was predeceased by brothers, Carl Barrett, William Barrett and Weldon Barrett, sisters, Alice Hankins, Vernetta Campbell and Audrey Thomas.
She received her education in Goochland County Public Schools and was employed by Myron Manufacturing. She also attended cosmetology school at the Madame CJ Walker School of Cosmetology.
She was a member of Rising Sun Baptist Church.
Surviving are sons, Irving Julian Plummer of Louisa, VA and Richard Talmadge McCloud, II of Jersey City, NJ, daughter, Chiquita Plummer of Washington, DC, sisters, Frances Mitchell, Evelyn Arnett, Addie Townsend, 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Rising Sun Baptist Church Mineral, VA with the Rev. Arthur Lee officiating and the Rev Alonzo P. Minor eulogist.
Interment will be in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.
