Angel Marie Howes Rogers, 40 of Mineral, Virginia died on Friday, July 13, 2012, at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia .
Born Sunday, July 9, 1972 in Glens Falls, NY, she was the daughter of LouAnne Mallory Howes and the late Arthur Howes. She was the wife of Floyd Lee Rogers, Jr.
Angel worked at Courthouse Road Elementary School as a main cook for seven years. Angel was a real inspiring person of whom her friends and family looked up to. She will truly be missed and will live on forever in our hearts.
Surviving are her husband,Floyd Lee Rogers, Jr; sons, Daniel Legault , Floyd Lee Rogers, III and Travis Rogers all of Louisa, VA; daughter, Julie Dursch; her mother, Lou Anne; brothers, Arthur and Jeff; sisters, Tabitha Howes and Eveleyen Howes; four loving grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Thomasson Watson Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Thomasson Watson to help with funeral expenses.
Interment will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Mineral, VA.
